Privacy Policy for TrackWin

This Privacy Policy explains how Innovesty ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the TrackWin mobile application (the "App"), available on Android and iOS. By using TrackWin, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you register, we collect:
- Email address — used to create your account, verify your identity, and send account-related communications.
- Password — stored in encrypted (hashed) form; we never store or have access to your plain-text password.
- Country (optional) — used to localize rewards available in your region.
1.2 Health & Fitness Data
TrackWin's core feature is step tracking. With your explicit permission, we access:
- Step count — read from Apple Health on iOS, or Android Health Connect on Android. This is the only health data TrackWin reads.
This data is used solely to calculate your daily step count, walking progress, and the coins you earn from walking. We do not use your health or fitness data for advertising or sell it to third parties. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device's system settings, though doing so will prevent the App's step-tracking features from working.
1.3 Usage & Transaction Data
- Coin balance and full transaction history (steps-to-coins conversions, ad-reward credits, redemptions).
- Rewarded-ad interaction data (e.g., timestamps of ads watched, to enforce cooldown limits and prevent abuse).
- Reward redemption requests (which reward, when, and status).
1.4 Reward Fulfillment Data
When you redeem coins for a reward (such as a gift card), we share your email address and the reward details with our third-party gift-card fulfillment provider so the reward can be issued to you. See Section 3 for the providers we use.
1.5 Device & Technical Data
We may automatically collect standard technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, and crash/diagnostic logs, to maintain and improve app stability and performance.

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third parties below, each of which processes it under its own privacy policy:
- Gift card fulfillment — Tremendous, LLC (United States): your email address and the reward details, to issue a redeemed gift card.
- Advertising — Google AdMob: an advertising identifier and related device data, for rewarded video ads.
- Email delivery — to send account verification and transactional emails.
- Cloud hosting/infrastructure — to securely store and process app data.
- Law enforcement or regulators — only where required by law.
We do not share your step data, health data, or password with any of these providers.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and activity data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes (e.g., records of completed reward redemptions).
5. Your Rights & Choices
- Access/Export: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: You can update your account details in the App.
- Deletion: You can request account deletion by contacting us at the email below; this permanently removes your account data, subject to Section 4.
- Revoke permissions: You can disable Apple Health or Health Connect access at any time in your device settings.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted password storage, encrypted network transport (HTTPS), and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
TrackWin is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International Users
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. By using TrackWin, you consent to this transfer, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and, where required, notified to you in-app.
